Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Remove rust, old paint, grease, and dirt using sandblasting, abrasive blasting, power tools, or chemical solvents.

• Coating Application: Apply primers, protective finishes, and paints using airless sprayers, conventional spray guns, brushes, or rollers.

• Equipment Maintenance: Set up, clean, and maintain blast pots, paint pumps, spray nozzles, and hoses.

• Safety Compliance: Wear required protective gear (such as respirators and harnesses) and follow strict safety rules due to hazardous materials and high-pressure tools.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished surfaces to ensure smooth coverage, proper thickness (milage), and adherence to project blueprints.
