PTFE Lining : S3C Utilizes Virgin PTFE Super Heavy Duty Paste Extruded Liners ASTM D1457 Type III or ASTM D4895 while PFA Lined fittings use virgin material.
Operating temperature: Working Temperature Rates for PTFE and PFA Lined parts between 30Deg.C to 200 Deg.C

Pipe sizes : in house straight pipe spools from Size: 3/4” to 6” maximum line length 6 mtrs. Product ranges that we can handle from Size: 1/2” to 24” Dia pipe
Flange standards : According to ASME/ANSI B16.5 used materials ASTM A105 Fixed/One Side Rotating Flanges on spools for easy installation or FixedFlanges as per client’s site demand. PTFE/PFA grades ASTM D4895 & ASTM D3307
Testing procedures : As per ASTM A 1545 for Spark & Hydro Test
Protective Coating: Externally on the outside of Flange parts are subjected to steel shot blasting SA2.5 and treated with zinc rich primer or as per client’s demand.
Packaging and dispatch : Flange Protector(wooden/plastic caps) protecting both flare ends with PO Number/Line item & dimensional labelling of the component will followed for any material dispatch.
